INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU  

 

Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us when you meet our consultant, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you share with us your professional information.

Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you when we create our database. This information is widely available to us from your firm’s website or from the Law Society website. We will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?

 

Your data will only be kept for the time necessary for which it was collected unless you told us to remove you from our database, which in this case this will be done as soon as reasonably practicable but in no less than seven (7) days from the moment we receive your request to unsubscribe you from our database.

Our website does not use any cookies. Therefore we do not track you when you visit our website.

 

HOW DO WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

CLC is very concerned about protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. We have security measures, including administrative, physical and electronic measures, to protect against the loss, exposure, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you in the use of the services. These measures include SSL data encryption to transmit your personal information as well as technical architectures and systems to prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing your personal information.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA  

 

The data that we collect from you will not, to the best of our knowledge be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (”EEA”).

 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
